Policy for refunds
You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to initiate a return. Your items must be in their original packaging and show no indications of usage in order to be eligible for a return or refund.

By emailing customercare@simplifyliving.com.au, you can get in touch with our customer support team and start the return procedure. When the return form and return address are ready, we will get in touch with you.

Returns expenses
All return expenses are at your expense. Because of this, we advise using trackable shipping, as we cannot be held accountable for misplaced returns.

A broken package?
In the event that your package arrives damaged, kindly snap a picture of the package and its contents right away. Next, email it to customercare@simplifyliving.com.au with your order number so that our customer service representatives can assist you in finding a solution.

Refunds:

We will email you to let you know whether or not we accept your return after we receive and review it. If so, you should receive your refund using the same payment method that you used to place your order from our store within ten days.

Get in touch with your bank or payment provider if you haven't received your refund yet. Should the issue not stem from their end, kindly reach out to us at customercare@simplifyliving.com.au.
